State of Missouri Bid Board - Bid Opportunities

Missouri has now transitioned its solicitations (bidding) and supplier registration functionality to its new procurement system, MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS. With the State’s transition of solicitations functionality now live in its new procurement system, MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS, the MissouriBUYS Bid Board will have a pathway to view all bids issued prior to the state’s September 18, 2024 transition (see box on left below) as well as the pathway to view all new solicitations issued on or after September 18, 2024, in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS (see box on right below):

• Solicitations issued before September 18, 2024, can be found on the MissouriBUYS (WebProcure by Proactis) Bid Board.

• Solicitations issued on or after September 18, 2024, can be found on the NEW MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS Bid Board.

Suppliers must be registered in the new MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS both to respond to all new solicitations AND to receive automatic email notifications of new bid opportunities that are aligned with their product/service offerings indicated in their supplier registration commodity code selections.

New supplier registration and solicitations functionality are both now live in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS. However, contracts, orders, and payment functionality are planned for release next year in the new system. Consequently, since the state will be operating both out of the old MissouriBUYS system and out of the new MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS system, suppliers need to make sure they are registered in both systems.

Please note, prior registrations in MissouriBUYS will not be transferred to MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS.
