Supplier Registration | MissouriBUYS Statewide eProcurement System

Missouri’s new system, “MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS,” is now live and ready for suppliers to register. With solicitations (bidding) functionality also now available, and contracts, orders, and payment functionality planned for future release, registration in the new system is crucial for suppliers to avoid any disruptions or delays in their interactions with the state.

It’s important to note that prior registrations in MissouriBUYS (WebProcure by Proactis) will not be transferred to MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS.

For solicitations currently being issued, automatic email notifications to suppliers of new bid opportunities will only be generated from supplier registrations in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS. Additionally, suppliers must be registered in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS to respond to the new solicitations.
