Supplier Registration | MissouriBUYS Statewide eProcurement System

Supplier (vendor) registration for Missouri’s new system, “MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS,” is now live and ready for suppliers to register. With solicitations (bidding) functionality also now live, and with contracts, orders, and payment functionality planned for release next year, registration in the new system is vital for suppliers to avoid any gaps or delays with your State business interactions.

Prior registrations in MissouriBUYS (WebProcure by Proactis) will not be transferred to MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS.

For solicitations now being issued, the automatic email notifications to suppliers of new bid opportunities will only be generated from supplier registrations in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS. Additionally, to respond to the new solicitations being issued, suppliers must be registered in MissouriBUYS, powered by MOVERS.
